FRIDAY NIGHT OUT FOODIES– YUMMY SUNDAY FEATURE

My friend Joy, the police woman, and I had our girls night out last Friday— Actually, it served as a breather for the two of us. There was no class at the Bukidnon State University because MOGCHS have suspended classes already due to the Influenza A H1N1 pandemic, hence we could not use the school facilities. I was glad I was given the chance to relax and chill with friend Joy who was also needing a breather for her very hectic schedule. It was a good chance to catch up on each other’s lives… We went to Divisoria to enjoy the Night Cafe but we do not feel like dining in the open air so we needed to find a place where we could talk and eat that is just right for a mother’s budget, and we found Buns and Pizza along Velez St. Below is what we had.

The very cold tea

The garlic bread to match the spaghetti (I forgot to snap the pasta)

French Fries

Pizza Perfect
The Pizza ordered was family size because we were expecting Maryjean and Ella Grace to join us also, but they did not make it so we ended up dividing the remaining foodies for pasalubong to our chikitings…
This here is my Yummy Sunday entry for this week… If you wish to join, click the badge below:

Sisters—

Last Tuesday all three sisters talked on the phone. And we discovered a good thing that is not yet as good as it is yet. Well, for as long as it is not revealed yet then it will remain simply a good thing shared by all of us sisters—

In that secrecy comes an answer to one of life’s mystery— And I am glad the three of us were able to share in that mystery, even for a short while, as it will be revealed in time… Whew…

It is really best for siblings to be united rather than be divided… Will blog about this mystery soon…

THE GIFT FOR NASH—-

My cousin Anna called my PC this morning and told me that we are all invited for the birthday celebration of Nash at VenU, a stone’s throw a way from Philcom at Carmen . OMG! Such late notice to find a great gift for Nash… If I had more time, I could have ordered a towel wrap or a laundry bag or a nap mat for Nash at my favorite gift shop online, Posylane.com, but oh, it was just a few hours away and I had so much to do. So Sweetie and I did sneak out and bought Nash his gift, while Lili and River were in their class.
It was totally a funny experience as we had the gift wrapped at Crown Paper Products. I did the wrapping of course, because they did not have any gift wrapping section. Oh, here’s the most outrageous part. We bought the wrapper and card from them for a minimal amount, but the sales clerk lent me her sign pen and gave me free use of the cello tape to put the wrapper together, lol…

Below is a slideshow of the birthday party—

mommy moment: playtime

This is my first entry for this meme. Although, I have posted also at the other blogs, I am sharing the pictures below.

Clay is the best way to teach creativity in a fun way. Lili likes this playtime activity very much…

Playing educational games in the computer is the most familiar playtime activity of Lili. She had been playing educational games since she was 2+++ — TOO EARLY? Hmm, yes, but at age three, she can already properly shutdown the computer unlike some adults….
