My sister took this photo while we were at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Shrine or the Divine Mercy Shrine in El Salvador…  That’s me walking under the heat of the sun, in red.. bwahahaha…  Anyway, I am posting this here to share that if ever you go there, you may have to bring a cap and not wear dark colored clothing as it will really be very uncomfortable…

We are going there again soon…

Lili’s New Insulated Lunch Tote

I mentioned in my other blog that V, my very creative friend, made her own version of posylane’s insulated lunch tote.. It’s baby pink and has lots of flower embeds and Lili’s name on it. I am hoping she will make Lili a toddler backpack or even a new nap mat… weeee…

I envy V because she has all the time to be creative. In fact, it is her creativity that is her bread and butter. Of course, it took her a year or so to start her business but now that she is doing well, she is doing it for fun also. Whew…  I used to make giveaways and stuff. I am able t0o decorate and redecorate without having the burden of  work overload. Now, my focus is to make money because the need is getting bigger and bigger as Lili and I journeys this life together.

Anyway, I am trying to find my way back at being creative again.. O will post about it soon…

YUMMY SUNDAY: SHAWARMA

Picture 885

I have always been a fan of Shawarma… In Cebu, after every shift, back in the contact center days, I usually buy two to share with my sister who is also crazy about this foodie… We like it screaming hot paired with a very cold beer at 4 in the morning during our rest day… but on ordinary working days, it’s just a bottle of ice cold coke or mountain dew… Ahh… those were the carefree days before my sister had gallstones removed…
