This here is Sautéed Kangkong. Carmz picked this fresh from her garden, along with the garlic and the onions. It is a very healthy experience to be cooking ingredients fresh from one’s very own garden. We are right now growing vegetables and we are growing them organic.
Thanks to Carmz for her garden where she prays her woes away.. Or at least that’s what she tells me. I will post about her garden after I have uploaded all photos..

It had been raining for days. To combat the cold and the chill in the air is this sweet and sour soup called Sinigang. You can actually make Sinigang Pork or Fish. And in this Photo, the fish used is Tanigue… Fish with white meat.. Good for the heart.. My father likes this very much..
